[xen-tools] A new release ..

Hi all,

  A new release is out just now.  Technically yesterday I guess
 since it is now 00:47 ;)

  The only obvious change is that the role directory has returned
 to /etc/xen-tools/role.d/ - instead of each distribution having its
 own role directory.

  Apologies for people caught on the sidelines in the flip-flop
 over the "correct" location for this directory.  It won't move
 again.  I promise!
