[xen-tools] xen-tools timezone debian

hi,

I'm running xen-tools 3.7 under debian and have noticed that after the  
creation of a new debian vm, the /etc/localtime file doesn't get  
copied from the host. I think this would be a good idea, so that the  
localtime on the host and on the vm is the same.
