[xen-tools] 2.1 to be released tomorrow afternoon.

  Due to some embarassing bugs I'm going to rush v2.1 out tomorrow.

  Now is a good time to speak up if there's something you'd like
  included..

  Fixes:

  *  Better logging for if/when debootstrap invokations fail.

  * Several command line arguments are now recognised which weren't
    previously.  Including --fs, --boot, and --mirror.

  * Force the use of "full" images when using LVM.

  * Creation of swap devices with `mkswap`.

  * Addition of the Gentoo hook scripts described previously.

  * A couple of updated test scripts.
