[xen-tools] newest xen-tools version as deb?

Hi,
Currently, the newest xen-tools version seems not to be available as
deb package, and I wonder why (maybe only just uploaded to debian and
waiting to come into unstable).

If not debs are offered at the xen-tools website, at least It would be
cool if the source package would include the debian directory and
information therein, then one could build it oneself easily without
using dh_make or dh_update again and again for each new release,
because I guess this work is already done somewhere.
