Hi Mike,

   Thanks for your response.  Has this been working well for you?

   I assume those commands have to specified on each host that needs to 
use the shared storage.  Does this require LVM to use any kind of 
locking?  (I assume that with live migration, in theory, only one 
machine will access a given disk at a time.)
