[xen-tools] mirror setting does not work with rinse

Hi

I installed Centos-5 with xen-create-image using rinse.
Because the server in the UK didn't respond I wanted to set another
server with mirror=http://...

Unfortunately rise ignores this setting. I had to manually change the
mirror in /etc/rinse/rinse.conf

Is there another setting or is this option not yet working?
