But what if the IP was specified manually? Then it was readded
and reused by another creation?
No. In short the auto-addition was added because it could be
useful, but deletion is a case that you'll have to handle yourself.
Perhaps a cronjob that sees which IPs in a given range aren't
allocated and rebuilds the ips.txt file.
