[xen-tools-dev] Wiki + Issue Tracker

Hey Everyone,

I know we've had this discussion before, but what would you think of it
if we setup:
a.) a wiki
and 
b.) an issue tracker 

Currently theres not much documentation that show examples (hence Wiki),
and we also need something where we can see how many issues are open
(Other than just using bugs.debian).

@Axel: We'll talk about who sets it up, who hosts and who has time for it
later ;)
