That is a very good question. Does not "defaults" always work nowadays ?

ok. As you perhaps have now seen, I pushed some patches, I think I will
only do one more push next week (depending on your available time to
review/comment/merge the current push) for 4.2.

Thanks very much :-) Next patches will require more and more review and
testing as trivial bits are merged. Sorry in advance about that.
