Yes. (Well sid but thats better, or no worse at least.)

(ie. There appears to be no 64-bit Sarge available, since that wasn't
officially released.)
Using i386 works correctly, and I can install both flavours of Etch:
root at mine:# debootstrap --arch i386 sarge /srv/dists/sarge.i386
root at mine:# debootstrap --arch amd64 etch /srv/dists/etch.amd64
root at mine:# debootstrap --arch i386 etch /srv/dists/etch.i386

OK that makes sense, and is basically what I expected. I will see
if there are unoficial sources available for it but I wondered if
somebody had done the job already. I guess having one installation
would be sufficient if it could be copied.
