- The left gray navigation bar should be connected to the top bar. Right 
  now there is a little awkward looking white space between the two.

- The yellow and red boxes on the right should be aligned with the "About 
  Xen" and "Xen Software" columns.

- And IMHO you should put a "Home" link into the left gray bar as well.
