[xen-tools] Non-sparse images

Hi.
Right now xen-create-images creates sparse images which have some
advantages (space is allocated, as needed), but for me also some
disadvantages:
Space is allocated when needed. I want all images to occupy exactly the
amount of space which a completly full image would need.
This first disadvantage leads to another: fragmentation. To my experience
sparse files tend to fragment fairly fast, even more if there are multiple
VMs running.
Long story short: I'd like to have a config option to switch between
sparse and "solid" images.
