[xen-tools] Missing conditional on $lvm_swap

Hello there, I just downloaded the latest stable release of xen-tools
and started playing with it a bit. By the way, if this bug has been
solved on CVS already, excuse me please - I took a look at
bugs.debian.org and nothing similar showed up.

So, I set "noswap = 1" on the config file, but nevertheless the script
was failing, reporting that LVM couldn't create $swap.

It turned out to be that a conditional (unless) was missing on line
1866 of xen-create-image, so it would exit the script even if $noswap
was set. Diff attached.
