  Working.

  1.  Install rinse:
        <http://xen-tools.org/software/rinse>

  2.  Get the latest CVS version of xen-tools.

  3.  Run:

    xen-create-image --install-method=rinse --dist=centos-5 ...

    (--dist=[centos-4 | centos-5 | fedora-core-6 ] )

  4.  Enjoy.

 Caveats:

    1.  It is pretty slow.

    2.  It is *i386* only at the moment.  Shouldn't matter if the
       host is AMD64, as mine is.

  Bug reports welcome.  I tested each of them and managed to get
 them working with only the (minor?) issue that the root passwords
 and accounts weren't setup correctly.
