[xen-tools] CentOS 4 domUs - what kernel?

Hey folks, Steve,
I just recently attempted to use xen-tools to generate a CentOS4-based
domU, where previously I've only used Debian or Ubuntu based domUs.
While I managed to get past xen-create-image (was bitten by the
/bin/sh => /bin/dash and rpmstrap issue at first), I must be doing
something stupid w/r/t the kernel - when you create CentOS domUs with
xen-tools, how do you generate/use the domU's kernel?
I assumed one might be able to use the stock shared kernel that the
Debian-based domUs use, but that doesn't seem to work, just results in
'xm create' sitting there with zero output whatsoever and eventually
just exiting; nothing useful in any of the Xen logs.
So then I figured I'd want to be using a CentOS-provided kernel - but
the one downloaded by rpmstrap into the domU's /boot/ isn't a
Xen-enabled one. CentOS4's mirrors don't have any xen-related images
like the CentOS5 ones do. So I'm not sure where I'm supposed to obtain
one.
Am I missing something obvious? I figured I'd ask here first since
xen-tools is technically supported w/ CentOS, and thus I assume
someone out there has used it to successfully set up a CentOS domU on
Debian-based dom0. Not sure it matters but this is a 64-bit dom0; have
successfully run 32-bit and 64-bit Ubuntu domUs; and am currently
trying to create a 64-bit CentOS domU.
Thanks for any help,
Jeff
