Yea, it was a relief to get CentOS running, although I've been having
really irritating yum issues :(


I'd like to mention that my udev issue is almost definitely caused by
xen-tools to some degree - just completed a third run of
xen-create-image targeted at CentOS and for the third time, udevd has
just dropped off the map and I had to hit up the init script to start
it again.

I'll investigate and let you know if I find something specific that's
causing it...
