  OK. To me that means the mirror should be updated on /etc/rinse/

  At that point I'd expect xen-tools to work too, is that the case?

  There is a postinstall script located within /usr/share/rinse IIRC
 that should be updated - unless you update the mirror to one that 
 doesn't give 404 in /etc/rinse/
