Yes, thank you.  To confirm the kernel and ramdisk paths are on the
guest not the host right?

I am going to run through the xen-tools install again and then get
back to you with any errors that I get.    Sorry for any confusion, I
have been working off of several sources trying to get this going and
may have mixed some things up in my head.
