you could try creating one with mkinitramfs - see help for details.

(sorry, it seems like there are actually some details that I already
forgot about  and you have to ask for all of them - but I just don't
have time to try it again on my own and document it correctly - you
could do a favour to all people coming after you by writing the things
down and adding them into the xen-tools wiki!)
