It should just be a matter of making the symlinks in /usr/lib/xen-tools
and in /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts

just symlink sid.d to debian.d, and i'm pretty sure it will work,
however i haven't tried this. There should be a script for sid in
debootstrap, but you might need to check there also.

Also remember to check your "mirror" settings in /etc/xen-tools.conf
