  Mailman is what people are familiar with.  I just abhor it for
 personal reasons - I'd suggest using that if you're familiar with it.

  It has good options, sane defaults, and will make pretty online
 archives.  In short it'll do what you need, and you have it already.
 No brainer ..?

  I've already given you the subscribers and the current archive,
 but if you've not been saving "recent" traffic gimme a shout and I'll
 mail you a current version of both.

  Just gimme a poke sometime in the near future if you need help
 with lists, or even before then if you'd like me to point the current
 website at your repo/pages/packages/whatever.

  Once you're ready I'm happy to transfer the domain away, or keep
 it with a permenant redirect / text pointing to your site as the
 new-official one.  Whichever you prefer.  (I think I've said this
 before to you, but it'll do no harm to repeat :)
