What is your dom0's distro?

What version of xen are you running?

You're running your dom0's kernel in the VMs? Can you please try doing a
pygrub install? (--pygrub) That way you'll the domU will run its own
kernel and as I've stated, Ubuntu has included pvops (domU support) in
all its kernels since Intrepid.

What version of debootstrap are you running?

You *did* try the just the clean master branch, without rebasing it right?
