This is a completely different issue. The original question was related to dom0's xen support, where CentOS is an excellent choice. The xen-tools CentOS support is WiP at best, though there are patches in Nathan's (nats) xen-tools branch which "just" need to be merged in. This should definitely be better supported in the next major release, 5.0.
