  The xen-tools project is currently undergoing a transition to new
 ownership and it seems likely that such support will appear afterward.

  In the meantime you _might_ be able to get good results with a little
 manual poking.

  Each support distribution has a bunch of shell scripts executed, named
 after that distribution.  If you take a peak in /usr/share/xen-tools
 you'll see what I mean.

  To add support for Ubuntu's karmic release you'd create a symlink from
 e.g. dapper.d to karmic.d - assuming that you have a version of
 debootstrap which is capable of downloading "karmic".

  That's obviously an incomplete and untested answer but for the moment
 it is probably the best you can get.
