I have to correct myself: The Ubuntu PPA will not get 4.3~rc1-1 as it
fails to build on Ubuntu for several reasons. I'll fix those issues
and upload the next tagged version to the PPA instead.

Details:

The two tests for testing the not yet used Xen::Tools perl module fail
due to a missing Moose build-dependency. I've fixed it by disabling
them. Already pushed that change, too.

But even after fixing this by disabling those two tests, the build
still fails on Ubuntu because another test expects /etc/inittab to be
present on the build system. *sigh* A proper fix will be pushed soon
to the git repos.
