Hi,
I'm trying to create a CentOS-5 domU on my computer using xen-create-image.
However, I am getting "Failed to find /etc/passwd in the install" message,
following messages "Setting up root password / Generating a password for
the new guest.". What am I missing? The command I am using is sudo
xen-create-image --hostname=kartagis --dhcp --dir=/mnt/depo/Xen --netmask
255.255.255.0 --dist=centos-5 --install-method=rinse --size=50Gb
--memory=1000Mb --swap=1096Mb --force. The same command works on my
dedicated server, except that I give a static IP, and my domU is created
successfully.
Regards,
