[xen-tools-discuss] [PATCH] bin: support hook overrides in xt-customize-image

Hello, I recently inherited Debian Xen hosts and soon ran into a bug in
one of the hooks that broke new deployments (IIRC passwd was stuck
waiting for input).

Next I wanted to generate and distribute my own openssh-server keys
which were getting overwritten by those generated in one of the hooks...
and so on.

I hope I illustrated (and that you will agree with me) that sometimes it
is useful for sysadmins to have the ability to override, disable or
patch hooks without editing binaries in /usr/lib/ (which can also get
ovewritten in the future).
If the distribution needs a couple of months to patch a bug we can do it
early. If we want extra features we write our own replacement hook. If
we want to prevent a hook from meddling we make an empty one with the
comment as to why we did so...

Thanks.
