Hi everyone,
Following up on my previous e-mail on this mailing list, about me having
produced Fedora RPMs for xen-tools, I hereby announce that I'm starting
the process required by Fedora to get those into the official
distribution repositories.
For now, I've packaged 4.3.1, although I did need to backport 555ce383d,
or rpmlint would scream so hard, that it would have been pointless to
even try asking for a single package review! :-P
I'm keeping a git repo here (branch 4.3.1-fedora):
http://xenbits.xen.org/gitweb/?p=people/dariof/xen-tools.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/4.3.1-fedora
the spec file, and the binary and source RPMs can be fetched here:
http://dariof.fedorapeople.org/SPECS/xen-tools.spec
http://dariof.fedorapeople.org/RPMS/noarch/
http://dariof.fedorapeople.org/SRPMS/
I'll keep the list updated on how this goes.
Regards,
Dario
