[xen-tools-discuss] Regarding installation of xen-tools on XenServer

the host gets specified in xen center, you connect to that host and then
you create the vm there.  What is interesting you can create a pool of
servers and xen server will bring up the vm's on what ever server in that
pool has the resources to run it
