Wheezy + 4.5 has a known issue:

> lvcreate: unrecognized option '--yes'

That one. Newer lvcreate require --yes or go interactive else, older
don't know it. :-/

Using 4.5 and reverse applying this patch should help:

I'll fix it in 4.5.1, but I have not yet an idea how to figure out
automatically if I need --yes or not.
