[xen-tools-discuss] How can I connect to my VM?

Hello.I created a VM via below command :xen-create-image --size=4Gb --swap=512Mb --ip=172.30.9.21 --netmask=255.255.255.0 --gateway=172.30.9.254 --dir=/home/jason --hostname=linux1 --dist=jessie --role gdm --kernel /boot/vmlinuz-4.2.3-300.fc23.x86_64 --initrd /boot/initrd-plymouth.img 
But I can't connect to it via "vncviewer". Any idea to see my VM? my Dom0 is Fedora Server 23.
