If I remove the symlink in /usr/lib/xen-tools/centos-6.d/ for 20-setup-yum and run the install, it works fine.  Then I can go into the new DomU and run yum update/upgrade and all is well.<br>

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.<br>
