It's what seemed to fit best to my own wishes despite it doesn't
matches all of them, but it's a start.

IIRC Dmitry once at least mentioned Mantis also positively, so I'll
add some of the stuff from the TODO and the KNOWN_BUGS files as well
as the bug Dmitry recently reported here during the next days or so .
After that I'll add a link to the website and write an announcement to
xen-tools-discuss.
