[xen-tools-dev] New febootstrap branch

Hi,

I started a febootstrap branch in the main repository to kick off the
replacement of rpmstrap (which has been removed from Debian in 2007 on
request of the maintainer[1] because of buggyness and obsolescence) by
febootstrap[2] or mach[3].
