If we do ever switch to a "supported" RHEL/CentOS/Fedora install method
like kickstart, we can simply run the common hooks after a successful
install. Additionally we can add other supported OS'es this way.

The only caveat is, installing via kickstart won't get you the minimal
base system that you get with xen-tools and Debian/Ubuntu.

Alternatively, if we get some nice rinse patches coming in then we might
just be able to stick to the status quo :)
