Hey everyone,

There's a major refactoring effort that has been discussed for a long
time and... well... I decided to take the initiative and merge the
Debian/Ubuntu hooks into a single set of "common" hooks [1].

Of course I completely omitted centos so far. They will eventually also
be merged into the common scripts, at which point we'll probably move
away from the hook folders entirely. The hook folders proved to only
increase code duplication,which run proved to be extremely
counter-productive over the long run.

Anyway the calls for the hooks still need to be called from the funtions
in bin/, so theres still a lot of work to be done, but at least this is
a start. If anyone wants to play around with that and give me some
feedback... I'd really (really) appreciate it!
