  Right.  I remember adding a patch there which did the right thing
 for both distributions - but obviously the name is incorrect in
 one case.

  I've committed my idea of what is correct now, so if you wouldn't
 mind taking a look at it that would be appreciated.

  The only significant change was the use of /etc/inittab in
 dapper, and the user of upstart in edgy.  There is probably
 something wrong with TLS that needs to be fixed but I cant
 find the relevant mail just now.  (I'm guessing that dapper needs
 /lib/tls moved; whereas edgy doesn't.  Right now neither touch
 that directory.)

  I'm still a little annoyed with the split, since it now means
 that virtually identical files are now in three directories, but
 I guess I'll just have to live with it.  It means that there
 are now two different directories I won't be able to test with..
