I am running several 64bit AMD64-Xen hosts (with 3.0.2, the packages
from backports.org and the xen-patch from alioth) with 64bit DomU and
32bit DomU (the latter of course with a 64bit-kernel and 32bit userland
[except for iptables package, which has to be a 64bit package]).

So far no problems, very good performance, even if some of the domains
are under heavy load.
