[xen-tools] argos error /lib/mediator not found

Hi

I'm a new Xen and Xen-tools user.
I set up a new server and want do rent a virtual server to a friend.

I stumbled upon xen-tools and used it with joy.
So first of all thanks for this great tool!

I then tried to install argos. Unfortunately without any luck.

when starting argos-node on client machine I get the following:

/usr/bin/argos-node.rb:32:in `require': no such file to load -- 
lib/mediator (LoadError)
         from /usr/bin/argos-node.rb:32


What I did:

Client
------
1. downloaded argos from CVS to /usr/src/argos
2. make install
3. cp -r /usr/src/argos/client/* /etc/argos/
4. added server IP in /etc/argos/server


I'm using Ubuntu dapper 6.06 and ruby 1.8
