This project is still in flux. I've been away on holiday
for the past week or I'd have fixed it up.
Basically you're almost there, but the instructions are lagging
and the debian packages are also lagging.

The "make install", or the copying that you've done hasn't
copied the "lib/" properly - or it otherwise isn't on the
load-path.
The way I do things is run the node from the ~/cvs/argos/client
directory - without running the install step.
> 1. downloaded argos from CVS to /usr/src/argos
> 2. make install
This misses the lib/ stuff - since Jamie made that change
and I've not updated things to match. Hopefully he'll see
this mail and fix it ;)
If not I'll certainly try to get it done tomorrow before
I leave for another week-long holiday (!)
