Ok, it looks like the bug is in the postinstall.sh.
The repo is
[updates]
not
[update]
on line 45
And things a lot smoother after that for rinse!
Not perfect yet...(a few parameters don't work for xen-create-image)
but I'll get back with my progress tomorrow!
