[xen-tools] Feature request

Hey folks,

I'd like to see some work on taking advantage of LVM's snapshot
functionality.  For homogeneous operating systems, creating a common
base image with all packages used for a "hostclass" and taking a
snapshot for each instance would save a great deal of precious disk
space.

P.S.

I'm not foisting this on you, Steve, I'm just writing it down so I
don't forget that it needs to be done.  Do we have a TODO wiki or
something?  Maybe when I get colliertech.org into a stable, replicated
state, we can use the wiki there...  Until then, you use it at your
own risk... I take it down sometimes for maintenance and the only
backup is the RAID1 set...
