Steve and list,

I have published my changes here: http://freehg.org/u/miguel/rinse/

Highlights:
- Removed the initial tests for the $prefix directory, since it is
created anyway by rinse.
- Fixed the repository URL for updates in Fedora 8 and added the
repository URL for updates in Fedora 9

I have tested Fedora 9 and CentOS 5, but I'm confident that the other
distros will work fine.
