Hello list,
I'm running CentOS 5.1 and packaging rinse for it. Running make test
gives this output:
$ make test
prove --shuffle tests/
tests/no-tabs.....................ok
tests/test-trailing-whitespace....ok
tests/pod.........................skipped
all skipped: Test::Pod 1.00 required for testing POD
tests/clean-cache.................ok
tests/portable-shell..............ok
tests/perl-syntax.................ok
tests/pod-check...................ok
tests/modules.....................ok
tests/shell-syntax................ok
All tests successful, 1 test skipped.
Files=9, Tests=90, 2 wallclock secs ( 1.70 cusr + 0.43 csys = 2.13 CPU)
I'm not familiar with Perl language, I understand that it is riquering
a specific module version.
Is this test an stopper for using rinse?
Perl is version 5.8.8 and this are the packages I have installed:
$ rpm -qa| grep perl
perl-Archive-Tar-1.30-1.fc6
perl-String-CRC32-1.4-2.fc6
