  Yes.

  Not at all.  That test is just designed to ensure that the POD,
 or "plain old documentation", included in the bin script(s) is
 valid.

  Sorry for the slow reply I've been away / busy for the past
 couple of weeks.  Incidentally there was a new release of rinse
 last night with support for FC9..
