There's no need to run configure. There's nothing to configure. Just run
make install or make uninstall if you wish to remove xen-tools later on.

There are a couple of nice new features, like lucid (Ubuntu 10.04) support
and password generation, but also loads of bug-fixes.

If you have all the dependencies then you are good to go. If you DO want
to use the development (git) version, just do the following:
git clone git://gitorious.org/xen-tools/xen-tools.git
cd xen-tools
sudo make install
