[xen-tools-discuss] Move of the xen-tools website and mailing list

The DNS records should now point to the new server for most people. At
least they did for me already yesterday late evening.

I did. :-)

Here's what I forgot:

The xen-tools-commits mailing list is no more active. If you want to
follow our development by e-mail, you can create a gitorious.org
account and "watch" either our repository at [1]
 or watch also the activity of the whole project (includes website
changes, etc.) at [2] or the whole activities of all contributing to
xen-tools at [3].

And then there's now also a new mailing list named xen-tools-dev which
is mainly thought for coordination between those who work on xen-tools
without bothering all the users with gory details. It's not meant to
hide stuff from the users. :-)

Everyone is free to join that mailing list[4], too.

I'll update the web page regarding the new mailing list soon, too.

I'm on holidays (but hopefully not offline) at LUG Camp[5] for the
weekend (which is starting _now_ for me :-), but I plan to hack on
xen-tools at LUG Camp.
