$ git clone git://gitorious.org/xen-tools/xen-tools.git
$ cd xen-tools
# make install

Lines starting with "$" can be executed as normal user, lines starting
with "#" must be executed as root or with sudo or any other user
allowed to write to /etc and /usr.
