[xen-tools-discuss] xen-tools 4.2 beta 1 released

Hi,

despite the git repository had a version of 4.2rc1 as version string
for quite a while, I noticed in the last weeks that we still haven't
the quality I'd expect from a release candidate. So I set the version
to 4.2beta1 which reflects more the current state which includes at
least two not so nice known bugs (documented in the file
KNOWN_BUGS[1])

To encourage more testing of xen-tools, I also released the current
state as 4.2beta1 on the website[2] and uploaded it to Debian
unstable where it will wait for reintroduction in the NEW queue[3].
