Yep. I wittingly left it in, in the hope, someone would continue to
care about it.

Unfortunately nobody of our upstream xen-tools team uses xen-shell, so
xen-shell is currently without upstream developer.

But I'll happily help everyone who wants to continue the xen-shell
development.
